Cook on charcoal grill, not over fire, with fat side up, for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Put in a metal pan and cover with foil on middle rack of oven at 325 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours. Let rest for 30 min. Save juice for dipping or mix with BBQ sauce.

Deep Fried Foods
To include wings, french fries, boneless skinless chicken thighs or anything you want to deep fry. You can put the seasoning on your meat and put it in the refrigerator overnight or put the seasoning in the mix you are going to use to put your meat in. For best taste I do both. For french fries I sprinkle the seasoning on them right after I take them out of the grease.
8oz can chicken broth, 1/4 stick of real butter and mix in PJ'S (original or spicy), mix to taste. I always warm everything in a pot on the stove first. For larger items, you can double everything. Great for poultry, if using beef use beef broth.

The more time the seasoning can be on the meat, the better the flavor will be. How you like to cook is up to you. Grill, Iron skillet, Broiler, our rubs are an all around versatile seasoning.
8oz block of cream cheese, let it warm to room temperature so mixing is easy, start with 2 tbs. of your choice original or spicy, then mix to taste.
Cut up your raw vegetables and spray or brush with olive oil, put your choice of seasoning on and bake in oven or cook on the grill.
