Beef BrisketApply seasoning liberally to all sides, wrap in plastic. Put in refrigerator overnight. The next day let warm up a little. Cook on charcoal grill, not over fire, with fat side up, for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Put in a metal pan and cover with foil on middle rack of oven at 325 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours. Let rest for 30 min. Save juice for dipping or mix with BBQ sauce.
Pork RibsTake membrane off ribs. Apply seasoning to both sides, wrap in plastic and put in refrigerator overnight. Next day let warm up a little. Cook on a grill cook away from fire, turning every 30 mins. for 3 hrs; 2 hrs wrapped in foil, 1 hr without foil. Put sauce on last half hour of cooking Let rest 30 min.

Deep Fried FoodsTo include wings, french fries, boneless skinless chicken thighs or anything you want to deep fry. You can put the seasoning on your meat and put it in the refrigerator overnight or put the seasoning in the mix you are going to use to put your meat in. For best taste I do both. For french fries I sprinkle the seasoning on them right after I take them out of the grease.
Injectable Seasoning:8oz can chicken broth, 1/4 stick of real butter and mix in PJ'S (original or spicy), mix to taste. I always warm everything in a pot on the stove first. For larger items, you can double everything. Great for poultry, if using beef use beef broth.

Party Dip8oz block of cream cheese, let it warm to room temperature so mixing is easy, start with 2 tbs. of your choice original or spicy, then mix to taste.
